What we deliver
Inkwis is an online software service. We don’t sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
When you get access
- Free trial: available as soon as you create an account and confirm your email address.
- Paid plans: active on your account as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a minute. You use them at app.inkwis.com in any modern browser; there is nothing to download or install.
- Razorpay emails you a receipt for each payment, and your current plan is always shown under Plan in the app.
If your plan doesn’t appear
If you have paid but your plan isn’t active within 30 minutes, write to support@inkwis.com or call +91 73056 83220 with the payment reference from Razorpay. We activate it or refund the payment in full; see cancellation and refunds.

Inkwis is provided by Brouz Hyperlocal Services Private Limited, 6/31, 2nd Main Road, Murugan Nagar, Chennai 600099, Tamil Nadu, India, and is available online in India and other countries where we can accept payment.
