Draft for legal review. This page describes how Inkwis works today; it will be finalized by counsel before paid plans open.
Inkwis is used by teachers, students and teams, many of them young people. To keep it safe, you may not use the Service to:
- upload, share or present content that is illegal in India or where you are, including child sexual abuse material, which we report to the authorities;
- harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone, or share someone’s personal information without their permission;
- share sexually explicit, hateful or violent content, especially in sessions with minors;
- infringe copyright or other rights, for example by uploading course material you are not allowed to share;
- send spam or unsolicited invitations, or use share links to distribute malware or phishing;
- probe, scan or test the Service’s security without our written permission (see our security page for responsible disclosure), or interfere with other users;
- get around plan limits, rate limits or access controls, for example by creating multiple free accounts to extend the free live-session hours;
- scrape the Service or use it to build a competing product.
What we do
If we become aware of content or behaviour that breaks this policy, we may remove the content, end a live session, or suspend the account. Report abuse to support@inkwis.com. Unlawful content can also be reported to our Grievance Officer, who acknowledges complaints within 24 hours and resolves them within 15 days as the IT Rules require.
